UPDATE ON RUUKKI GROUP PLC'S BOARD COMMITTEES

Ruukki Group Plc ('Ruukki' or the 'Company') (LSE: RKKI, OMX: RUG1V) is pleased to announce an update to the composition of the Company's Board Committees, following the recent resignation of Terence McConnachie.

Philip Baum has been appointed to the Nomination Committee and Dr Chris Pointon has been appointed to the Safety, Health and Sustainable Development Committee.

The Group's Board Committees now comprise:

Audit committee: Barry Rourke (Chairman), Paul Everard and Dr Chris Pointon

Nomination committee: Dr Chris Pointon (Chairman), Dr Jelena Manojlovic and Philip Baum

Remuneration committee: Philip Baum (Chairman), Markku Kankaala, Barry Rourke and Dr Jelena Manojlovic

Safety, Health and Sustainable Development Committee: Paul Everard (Chairman), Philip Baum and Dr Chris Pointon.
