Publication of transparency notification

Summary of the Notification

In accordance with article 14, first paragraph, of the Law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of major holdings, Rosier SA (the Company) hereby announces that, following the completion of the sale by Boralis AG of all its shares in the Company to the YILDIRIM Group² (the Yildirim Transaction), the Company has received a transparency notification dated 4 January 2023, indicating that as from completion of the Yildirim Transaction, the aggregate holding of voting rights in the Company of Yilfert Benelux B.V. (a member of the YILDIRIM Group) has crossed the transparency notification threshold of 95% (the Notification).
