Recticel, the global manufacturer of high performance polyurethane foam products, will invest €10 million in its Insulation plant in Wevelgem (Belgium), in order to increase its production capacity of high value added products and to upgrade its logistics capabilities. It is expected that the 20,000m² expansion will become operational early 2017.
Recticel announces it will expand its plant in Wevelgem (Belgium) with a new production hall and a state-of-the-art warehouse for finished products. This important investment will offer a solid base for further growth with existing and new high performance/high value added insulation products. It will also enhance logistic capabilities to further develop an integrated supply chain with its customers.
The Recticel plant in Wevelgem (Belgium) has recently obtained the ISO 14001 environmental certificate for its efforts to maintain an integrated environmental management system. The expansion will be perfectly carbon neutral. Equipped with the latest technologies such as the use of green energy resources and high performance insulation materials, Recticel Insulation contributes with this investment to a better and sustainable environment.
