In accordance with the Articles, Dimensional Fund Advisors LP ("Dimensional") hereby makes the following declaration:

Robusta European Small Cap Fund
(together, the "Funds"); and
Dimensional, acting on behalf of several segregated accounts managed by itself or its subsidiary $\blacksquare$ undertakings (the "Segregated Accounts"),
wishes to inform the Company that, pursuant to a purchase of shares on 12 October 2016, the Funds and the Segregated Accounts (together, the "Accounts") have crossed above the 3% threshold set out in the Articles in relation to the voting rights of the Company.
As at 12 October 2016, the Accounts held 1,620,649 voting shares in the Company representing 3,003% of the Company's voting rights (on the basis of a total number of voting rights of 53,959,274).
Please note that Dimensional also has investment management discretion over an additional 87,961 shares where the voting rights are not controlled by Dimensional or its subsidiary undertakings.
Dimensional, on behalf of itself and its subsidiary undertakings, expressly disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares held in the Accounts.
