In accordance with the Act of 2 May 2007 on the publication of important participations in listed companies, Recticel (Euronext: REC) publishes the following notification:

1. Summary of notification

Recticel (Euronext: REC) has received a transparency notification dated 01 March 2022, which shows that Compagnie du Bois Sauvage SA, together with Entreprises et Chemins de Fer en Chine SA, Fingaren SCA, Anchorage SA and Mrs Nicole Thys, as a result of the sale of shares on 23 February 2022, no longer owns voting rights of the company. They have thus crossed downwards the 3% shareholding threshold.

The notification dated 01 March 2022 contains the following information:

• Chain of controlled undertakings through which the participating interest is effectively held: Mrs Nicole Thys controls Anchorage SA, who controls Fingaren SCA, who controls Entreprises et Chemins de Fer en Chine SA, who controls qui contrôle Compagnie du Bois Sauvage SA.
• Other information : Compagnie du Bois Sauvage SA finalised the sale of its total participation in Recticel to the Greiner group. The sale is final and the ownership of the shares has been transferred to Greiner on 23 February 2022.
