Transparency declaration of Quintet Private Bank

SUMMARY

In accordance with the Law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of major shareholdings in listed companies, Qrf publishes this transparency notification. Qrf received the transparency declaration on July 29, 2021, which shows that Quintet Private Bank exceeded the threshold of 5% of the total existing voting rights as of April 1, 2021.

Precision Capital is a 100% subsidary of Pioneer Holding S.A., which is 100% owned by S.E. Sheikh Bin Hamad Bin Jassim Bin Jabr AL-THANI.
