EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

An Extraordinary General Meeting of Picanol Group (Picanol nv) was held today. 15,819,504 shares (89.38%) of the total of 17,700,000 shares were either present or represented at the meeting.

The Extraordinary General Meeting approved a number of amendments to the articles of association and the introduction of loyalty voting rights with a majority required by law.
