Transparency Declaration

Brussels, 1 February 2021 – Orange Belgium hereby discloses information in accordance with Article 14 of the Law of 2 May 2007 and the related Royal Decree of 14 February 2008:

On 1 February 2021, Orange Belgium received a transparency declaration from Polygon Global Partners LLP, stating that, as of 27 January 2021, Polygon Global Partners LLP holds 3,175,000 shares (previous declaration 1,060,032 shares and 1,972,181 CFD for a total of 3,032,213 voting rights), representing 5.29 % of the total voting rights of the Company (previous declaration: 5.05 %).

An increase above (or decrease below) the following thresholds requires a declaration to Orange Belgium and the Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA):

1. 3 % statutory threshold, as set out by the articles of association of the Company;

2. 5 % or each multiple of 5 %, as set out by the Belgian law.
