Transparency Declaration

Brussels, 15 February 2022 – Orange Belgium hereby discloses information in accordance with Article 14 of the Law of 2 May 2007 and the related Royal Decree of 14 February 2008:

On 11 February 2022, Orange Belgium received a transparency declaration from Boussard & Gavaudan Partners Limited, stating that, as of 9 January 2020, Boussard & Gavaudan Partners Limited holds 1,220,765 shares and 578,545 contracts for difference (CFD) for a total of 1,799,310 voting rights, representing 2.998 %¹ of the total voting rights of the Company.

In the same statement, Boussard & Gavaudan Partners Limited indicated that it no longer holds any Orange Belgium shares, since the balance of the position was tendered to the public offer launched by Orange SA in April 2021.

An increase above (or decrease below) the following thresholds requires a declaration to Orange Belgium and the Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA):

• 1. 3 % statutory threshold, as set out by the articles of association of the Company;
• 1. 5 % or each multiple of 5 %, as set out by the Belgian law.
