Transparency Declaration

Brussels, 17 January 2023 – Orange Belgium hereby discloses information in accordance with Article 14 of the Law of 2 May 2007 and the related Royal Decree of 14 February 2008:

On 30 December 2022, Orange Belgium received a transparency declaration from UBS Group AG, stating that, as of 30 December 2022, UBS Group AG, holds 1,428,170 shares and 1,632,966 equivalent financial instruments for a total of 3,061,136 voting rights, representing 5.10 % of the total voting rights of the Company.

An increase above (or decrease below) the following thresholds requires a declaration to Orange Belgium and the Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA):

• 1. 3 % statutory threshold, as set out by the articles of association of the Company;
• 1. 5 % or each multiple of 5 %, as set out by the Belgian law.
