Transparency Declaration

Brussels, 28 February 2023 – Orange Belgium hereby discloses information in accordance with Article 14 of the Law of 2 May 2007 and the related Royal Decree of 14 February 2008:

On 22 February 2023, Orange Belgium received a transparency declaration from TFG Asset Management UK LLP stating that, as of 17 February 2023, TFG Asset Management UK LLP, holds 1,692,630 shares and 4,562,521 equivalent financial instruments for a total of 6,255,151 voting rights, representing 10.43 % of the total voting rights of the Company.

The disclosure obligation is due to the total holdings of TFG Asset Management UK LLP in voting rights, held directly by controlled undertakings, going above 10%

An increase above (or decrease below) the following thresholds requires a declaration to Orange Belgium and the Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA):

• 1. 3 % statutory threshold, as set out by the articles of association of the Company;
• 1. 5 % or each multiple of 5 %, as set out by the Belgian law.
