Update met betrekking tot het programma voor de inkoop van eigen aandelen

Deze mededeling wordt gedaan in toepassing van de circulaire FSMA/2012_01 van 11 januari 2012

In het kader van haar programma voor de inkoop van eigen aandelen dat op 17 september 2012 werd aangekondigd, voor een maximaal bedrag van EUR 0,75 miljoen, maakt Montea vandaag bekend dat er 415 Montea-aandelen werden ingekocht op NYSE Euronext Brussels tijdens de periode van 22 oktober 2012 tot en met 26 oktober 2012.

Dans le cadre de son programme de rachat d'actions propres, annoncé le 17 septembre 2012, et portant sur un montant maximum de EUR 0,75 millions, Montea communique aujourd'hui que 415 actions Montea ont été rachetées sur NYSE Euronext Brussels durant la période du 22 octobre 2012 au 26 octobre 2012.

Within the framework of its buyback program of own shares up to a maximum amount of EUR 0.75 million, as announced on 17 September 2012, Montea reports today the purchase of 415 Montea shares on NYSE Euronext Brussels in the period from 22 October 2012 to 26 October 2012.
