Dividend

The general meeting of shareholders of 23 May 2017 has decided, in accordance with the proposal of the board of directors, to pay a dividend of 1,540 euro (gross) per share (i.e. 1,078 euro net).

KBC Bank NV/SA has been appointed as principal payment agent for the Miko Group.

Details of this dividend are as follows:
