The Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 13 May 2011 has decided to allocate from the profit of the financial year 2010, a net dividend per share of 6.60 EUR (gross dividend per share = 8.80 EUR).
The dividend ex-date is 17 May 2011. The dividend will be payable as from May 20, 2011 on surrender of coupon n° 23 at the Bank Degroof, BNP Paribas Fortis, Dexia Bank, ING Bank, KBC Bank and Petercam.
