The Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 11 May 2012 has decided to allocate from the profit of the financial year 2011, a net dividend per share of 7.05 EUR (gross dividend per share = 9.40 EUR).
The dividend ex-date is 15 May 2012. The dividend will be payable as from May 21, 2012 on surrender of coupon n° 24 at the Bank Degroof, BNP Paribas Fortis, Belfius, ING Bank, KBC Bank and Petercam.
