The Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 14 May 2013 has decided to allocate from the profit of the financial year 2012, a net dividend per share of 7.35 EUR (gross dividend per share = 9.80 EUR).
The ex-dividend date is 16 May 2013. The dividend will be payable as from May 21, 2013 on surrender of coupon n° 25 at the Bank Degroof, BNP Paribas Fortis, Belfius, ING Bank, KBC Bank and Petercam.
