Pursuant to Article 6, §3 of the Law of 2 May 2007 on the publication of major shareholdings, Lotus Bakeries NV announces that it has received the following notification of shareholding in Lotus Bakeries NV.

The above-mentioned change in the shareholdings in Lotus Bakeries NV results from the capital increases that took place in 2013 with the exercise of warrants under the Lotus Bakeries 2007 Warrant Plan.
