In the period from March 15th up to and including March 31st, 2014, 7,900 warrants were exercised by employees of Lotus Bakeries, the number of shares of Lotus Bakeries has been increased from 795,113 to 803,013.

Pursuant to Article 15 § 1 of the Act of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of significant participations in listed companies, Lotus Bakeries publishes the following information:
