ANNOUNCEMENT OF PAYMENT OF THE DIVIDEND

The Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 9 May 2014 has decided to allocate from the profit of the financial year 2013, a net dividend per share of EUR 8.10 EUR (gross dividend per share = EUR 10.80).

The ex-dividend date is 12 May 2014. The dividend will be payable as from May 15, 2014 on surrender of coupon n° 26 at the Bank Degroof, BNP Paribas Fortis, Belfius, ING Bank, KBC Bank and Petercam.
