LOTUS BAKERIES NV CAPITAL INCREASE THROUGH THE EXERCISE OF WARRANTS

Disclosure of information in accordance with Article 15 § 1 of the Act of 2 May 2007

Following the exercise of 400 warrants by Lotus employees, Lotus Bakeries has increased its issued capital. In this way the number of Lotus Bakeries shares has risen from 811,463 to 811,863. The 400 newly issued shares will be listed on Euronext Brussels on 8 October 2015.

Pursuant to Article 15 § 1 of the Act of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of significant participations in listed companies, Lotus Bakeries publishes the following information:

Status of shareholding as of 5 October 2015:

Total number of securities conferring voting rights:	400
