Following the exercise of 450 warrants by Lotus employees, Lotus Bakeries has increased its issued capital. In this way the number of Lotus Bakeries shares has risen from 811,863 to 812,313. The 450 newly issued shares will be listed on Euronext Brussels on 7 April 2016.
Pursuant to Article 15 § 1 of the Act of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of significant participations in listed companies, Lotus Bakeries publishes the following information:
