ANNOUNCEMENT OF PAYMENT OF THE DIVIDEND

The Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 13 May 2016 has decided to allocate from the profit of the financial year 2015, a gross dividend per share of EUR 14.20.

The ex-dividend date is 19 May 2016. The dividend will be payable as from 23 May 2016 on surrender of coupon n° 28 at Degroof - Petercam, BNP Paribas Fortis, Belfius, ING Bank and KBC Bank.
