LOTUS BAKERIES NV ANNOUNCEMENT OF PAYMENT OF THE DIVIDEND

The Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 15 May 2018 has decided to allocate from the profit of the financial year 2017, a gross dividend per share of EUR 19.50.

The ex-dividend date is 23 May 2018. The dividend will be payable as from 25 May 2018 on surrender of coupon nº 30 at Degroof - Petercam, BNP Paribas Fortis, Belfius, ING Bank and KBC Bank.
