LOTUS BAKERIES NV ANNOUNCEMENT OF PAYMENT OF THE DIVIDEND

The Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 10 May 2019 has decided to allocate from the profit of the financial year 2018, a gross dividend per share of EUR 29.00.

The ex-dividend date is 22 May 2019. The dividend will be payable as from 24 May 2019 on surrender of coupon n° 31 at Degroof - Petercam, BNP Paribas Fortis, Belfius, INC Bank and KBC Bank.
