Lotus Bakeries NV has received a transparency notification, dated 16 August 2019, revealing that, following the disposal of shares on 13 August 2019, Holding Biloba byba now holds less than 5% of the voting rights in the company (either directly or via the company controlled by it, Christavest bvba). It has therefore fallen below the shareholding threshold of 5%.
