LOTUS BAKERIES NV ANNOUNCEMENT OF PAYMENT OF THE DIVIDEND

The Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 8 May 2020 has decided to allocate from the profit of the financial year 2019, a gross dividend per share of EUR 32.00.

The ex-dividend date is 19 May 2020. The dividend will be payable as from 25 May 2020 on surrender of coupon nº 32 at Degroof - Petercam, BNP Paribas Fortis, Belfius, ING Bank and KBC Bank.
