PRESS RELEASE: CHANGE OF TOTAL NUMBER OF VOTING RIGHTS

On the basis of article 15 of the Law of 2 May 2007 relating to the disclosure of major holdings in issuers whose shares are admitted to trading on a regulated market, changes in capital, voting securities and voting rights should be published. In application thereof, Lotus Bakeries announces herewith the total number of voting rights, adjusted based on the implementation of double voting rights during the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Lotus Bakeries held on 8 May 2020.

• Total number of voting rights (= the denominator) : 1,283,196 .

• The voting rights related to the 5,875 treasury shares have been suspended.

The total number of voting rights serves as a basis for the notification of major holdings by the shareholders.
