Lotus Bakeries NV has received a transparency notification, dated 9 June 2020, revealing that, following a passive threshold crossing, Stichting Administratiekantoor van aandelen Lotus Bakeries now holds – directly or indirectly – 71,44% of the voting rights in the company. It has therefore crossed the shareholding threshold of 70%.

Voting rights of the Stichting Administratiekantoor van aandelen Lotus Bakeries are doubled from 455,417 to 910,834 due to the implementation of double voting rights for shareholders of Lotus Bakeries that maintain their shares in registered form for an uninterrupted period of at least 2 years. Lotus Bakeries NV holds 5.875 equity shares.
