ACQUISITION AND DISPOSAL OF TREASURY SHARES

On 8 May 2020, the extraordinary general meeting of Lotus Bakeries NV has authorized the board of directors to acquire treasury shares for a period of 5 years. In accordance with this authorisation, Lotus Bakeries has during the period 28 February 2022 - 8 March 2022 acquired a total of 472 treasury shares on Euronext Brussels.

Publication in accordance with article 7:215 §1 of the Code on companies and associations and article 8:4 of the Royal Decree of 29 April 2019 implementing the Code on companies and associations.
