DISPOSAL OF TREASURY SHARES

Lotus Bakeries announces herewith that, during the period 19 April 2022 and 28 April 2022, it has executed the following transactions to dispose of treasury shares after closing of the market (OTC transaction).

Publication in accordance with article 7:218 §1 of the Code on companies and asticle 8:6 of the Royal Decree of 29 April 2019 implementing the Code on companies and associations.
