Today, 13 May 2022, the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Lotus Bakeries NV took place.
All agenda items have been approved by the shareholders. For more details about the voting results per agenda item, please refer to the shareholders' meeting section on the company website.
The Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 13 May 2022 has decided to allocate from the profit of the financial year 2021, a gross dividend per share of EUR 40.
The ex-dividend date is 16 May 2022. The dividend will be payable as from 18 May 2022 on surrender of coupon n° 34 at Degroof - Petercam, BNP Paribas Fortis, Belfius, ING Bank and KBC Bank.
The general meeting has renewed the term of office of the following Directors:
PwC Bedrijfsrevisoren BV is reapointed as statutory auditor for a period of three years. Ms Lien Winne, auditor, is appointed as its representative.
