Lotus Bakeries announces herewith that on the 17th of August 2022 it has executed the following transaction to dispose of treasury shares after closing of the market (OTC transaction) .
Publication in accordance with article 7:218 §1 of the Code on companies and associations and article 8:6 of the Royal Decree of 29 April 2019 implementing the Code on companies and associations.

Lotus Bakeries also announces herewith the total number of voting rights, amended for the last time on 25 of August 2022 by the loss of double voting rights on 21 shares .
This on the basis of article 15 of the Law of 2 May 2007 relating to the disclosure of issuers whose shares are admitted to trading on a regulated market, which states that changes in capital, voting securities and voting rights should be published.
