Lotus Bakeries announces herewith that, on 04 April 2023, 05 April 2023 and 06 April 2023, it has executed the following transactions to dispose of treasury shares after closing of the market (OTC transaction).

Publication in accordance with article 7:218 §1 of the Code on companies and associations and article 8:6 of the Royal Decree of 29 April 2019 implementing the Code on companies and associations.
