Lotus Bakeries announces herewith that, on 9 June 2023, in accordance with the remuneration policy approved by the Ordinary General Meeting of 18 May 2021, a total of 46 shares were transferred to the directors of Lotus Bakeries. This is a transactions to dispose of treasury shares after closing of the market (OTC transaction).
Publication in accordance with article 7:218 §1 of the Code on companies and associations and article 8:6 of the Royal Decree of 29 April 2019 implementing the Code on companies and associations.
