FINANCIAL CALENDAR 2024 AND CHANGE OF TOTAL NUMBER OF VOTING RIGHTS

FINANCIAL CALENDAR

Lotus Bakeries hereby confirms that the announcement of its 2023 annual results is now scheduled on February 5, 2024. The financial calendar is as follows:

Announcement of the 2023 annual results: 5 February 2024 Publication of the 2023 annual report: 29 March 2024 General Meeting of Shareholders: 14 May 2024 Announcement of the 2024 half-year results: 9 August 2024

CHANGE OF TOTAL NUMBER OF VOTING RIGHTS

Lotus Bakeries announces herewith the total number of voting rights, amended by the loss of double voting rights on 100 shares that no longer are held in registered form since on September 12, 2023.

This on the basis of article 15 of the Law of 2 May 2007 relating to the disclosure of major holdings in issuers whose shares are admitted to trading on a regulated market, which states that changes in capital, voting securities and voting rights should be published.

Situation on September 29 2023:

• Total capital : EUR 3,591,183.65
• Total number of voting securities: 816,013
• Total number of voting rights (= the denominator) : 1,254,867
• Total number of treasury shares: 4,375 i.e. 0.54% of the total shares outstanding (the voting rights related to these treasury shares have been suspended).

The total number of voting rights serves as a basis for the notification of major holdings by the shareholders.
