DISPOSAL OF TREASURY SHARES

Lotus Bakeries announces herewith that, on 21 November 2023, it has executed the following transaction to dispose of treasury shares after closing of the market (OTC transaction).

Publication in accordance with article 7:218 §1 of the Code on companies and associations and article 8:6 of the Royal Decree of 29 April 2019 implementing the Code on companies and associations.
