DISPOSAL OF TREASURY SHARES

Lotus Bakeries announces herewith that, on 7 March 2024, it has executed the following transaction to dispose of treasury shares after closing of the market (OTC transaction).

Publication in accordance with article 7:218 §1 of the Code on companies and associations and article 8:6 of the Royal Decree of 29 April 2019 implementing the Code on companies and associations.

  • Total number of voting securities: 816,013 $\bullet$
  • Total number of voting rights (= the denominator): 1,254,867 $\bullet$
  • Total number of treasury shares: 4,119 i.e. 0.50% of the total shares outstanding (the voting rights related $\bullet$ to these treasury shares have been suspended).

The total number of voting rights serves as a basis for the notification of major holdings by the shareholders.
