The Board of Directors has the pleasure of inviting the shareholders of Lotus Bakeries NV to attend the ordinary general meeting to be held on Tuesday 14 May 2024 at 10.00 a.m. at Gentstraat 52, 9971 Lembeke, Belgium.
To this end, Lotus Bakeries NV today published its statutory and consolidated Annual Reports. The consolidated Annual Report presents the Group's financial results for 2023. It explains the Group's financial, environmental and social performance for 2023 and details its governance and risk management procedures.
