DISPOSAL OF TREASURY SHARES

Lotus Bakeries announces herewith that, on the 22 August 2024, as part of its incentive plan, it has transferred a total of 50 shares. This is a transaction to dispose of treasury shares after closing of the market.

Publication in accordance with article 7:218 \$1 of the Code on companies and article 8:6 of the Royal Decree of 29 April 2019 implementing the Code on companies and associations.

Situation on 29 August 2024:

• Total capital : EUR 3,591,183.65
• Total number of voting securities : 816,013
• Total number of voting rights (= the denominator) : 1,287,358
• Total number of treasury shares: 3,635 i.e. 0.45 % of the total shares outstanding (the voting rights related to 0 these treasury shares have been suspended).

The total number of voting rights serves as a basis for the notification of major holdings by the shareholders.
