Lotus Bakeries announces herewith that, on the 22 August 2024, as part of its incentive plan, it has transferred a total of 50 shares. This is a transaction to dispose of treasury shares after closing of the market.
Publication in accordance with article 7:218 \$1 of the Code on companies and article 8:6 of the Royal Decree of 29 April 2019 implementing the Code on companies and associations.
The total number of voting rights serves as a basis for the notification of major holdings by the shareholders.
