Lotus Bakeries NV has received a transparency notification dated 16 October 2024 revealing that, following the disposal of shares on the 10th of October 2024, Holding Biloba bv now holds less than 5% of the voting rights in the company. It has therefore fallen below the shareholding threshold of 5 %.
