DISPOSAL OF TREASURY SHARES

Lotus Bakeries announces herewith that, on November 6, 2024, it has executed the following transactions to dispose of treasury shares after closing of the market (OTC transaction).

Publication in accordance with article 7:218 §1 of the Code on companies and associations and article 8:6 of the Royal Decree of 29 April 2019 implementing the Code on companies and associations.

Situation on 15 November 2024:

• Total capital : EUR 3,591,183.65
• Total number of voting securities : 816,013
• Total number of voting rights (= the denominator) : 1,287,382
• Total number of treasury shares: 3,572 i.e. 0.44 % of the total shares outstanding (the voting rights related to these treasury shares have been suspended).

The total number of voting rights serves as a basis for the notification of major holdings by the shareholders.
