DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT

The General Meeting on 2 May 2013 has decided to pay a gross dividend of EUR°1.00 per share for the 2012 financial year (EUR 0.75 after deduction of withholding tax of 25%).

Relevant dates are:

• - ex-coupon date : 13 May 2013
• - record date: 15 May 2013
• - pay date: 16 May 2013

The dividend is payable at a KBC Bank counter from 16 May 2013 on presentation of coupon number 44.
