REGULATED INFORMATION

The shares of KBC Group NV are currently listed on Euronext Brussels and on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (ISIN BE0003565737). Euronext Brussels is the main market. KBC share volumes on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange are modest.

Following the request of KBC Group NV, the Luxembourg Stock Exchange has approved the delisting of the KBC shares from the listing in Luxemburg.

Shareholders are informed that the listing of the shares of KBC Group NV on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange will be terminated.

Shareholders who wish to trade their KBC shares on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange can do so only till Friday 26 September 2014.

After that date, investors will be able to trade in KBC shares on Euronext Brussels only, where the shares remain listed.
