Update regarding the share buy-back program

In accordance with the regulations with respect to the acquisition of own shares, JENSEN-GROUP NV informs that within the framework of the share buy-back program, as announced per November 14, 2013, the following transactions took place in the period from May 19, 2014 till May 23, 2014 included, on the stock exchange market NYSE Euronext Brussels and this in accordance with the mandate given by the Special Shareholders Meeting of October 4, 2012:
