Notification pursuant to the law of 2 May 2007

In accordance with Article 6 of the law of 2 May 2007 relating to the publication of major shareholdings in listed companies, JENSEN-GROUP received following notification:

A notification by LAZARD FRERES GESTION SAS informing that on January 9, 2018 it holds 403,429 of the shares of JENSEN-GROUP N.V. through acquisition of voting securities or voting rights. As a result, the threshold of 5% is crossed. JENSEN-Group has 7.818.999 shares outstanding.

The chain of control is as follows: Compagnie Financière Lazard Frères SAS controls Lazard Frères Gestion SAS, Lazard Group LLC controls Compagnie Financière Lazard Frères SAS, Lazard Ltd controls Lazard Group LLC. Lazard Frères Gestion SAS acts independently from Compagnie Financière Lazard Frères, Lazard Group LLC, Lazard Ltd and from the rest of the Lazard Group, including Lazard Asset Management, a Company under American law.
