JENSEN Denmark will acquire local manufacturing business

On October 16, 2023 JENSEN Denmark A/S, a Danish subsidiary of the JENSEN-GROUP, will complete the acquisition of Ole Almeborg A/S, a Danish company that manufactures internal handling equipment for industrial operations.

The transaction will not have a material impact on the consolidated revenue nor profitability of the JENSEN-GROUP. This is an acquisition of a manufacturing facility that will enable the company to expand its production capacity on the Danish Isle of Bornholm.

About Ole Almeborg A/S

Ole Almeborg A/S is a family business located in Hasle, Bornholm, founded by Ole Almeborg in 1967, and now managed by the second-generation CEO Michael Almeborg. The company manufactures both manual and electric internal transport equipment and is known for both the high quality and ergonomics of its solutions.

Ole Almeborg A/S has production space of over 5000 sq. meters, and approximately 70 employees.
