Major Shareholding Notification • Oct 19, 2011

Disclosure made according to the requirements of the Law of 2 May 2007

On 19 August 2011, VastNed Offices/Industrial transferred its entire shareholding in the public property fund Intervest Offices SA to its 100 % subsidiary, VastNed Offices Benelux Holding BV. As a result of this transfer, VastNed Offices Benelux Holding BV, as controlled company being under control of VastNed Offices/Industrial directly has a shareholding in the public property investment fund Intervest Offices SA, whereby consequently pursuant to article 10 of the Royal Decree of 14 February 2008 regarding the disclosure of large shareholdings, VastNed Offices Benelux Holding BV has the obligation to disclose. Intervest Offices SA has received these notifications from VastNed Offices/Industrial SA and VastNed Offices Benelux Holding BV and has disclosed all the information contained in these notifications on its website.

Pursuant to a decision of the extraordinary general meeting of Nieuwe Steen Investments SA of the split of VastNed Offices/Industrial on 7 October 2011 coming into effect on 14 October 2011, VastNed Offices/Industrial ceased to exist and the shares of VastNed Offices Benelux Holding BV have been transferred by universal succession of title to NSI Beheer II BV. As a result of this transfer Nieuwe Steen Investments SA as parent company of NSI Beheer II BV (which in its turn controls VastNed Offices Benelux Holding BV - VastNed Offices Benelux Holding BV controls in its turn VastNed Offices Belgium Holdings BV which in its turn also controls Belle Etoile SA) holds now indirectly a shareholding in the public property investment fund Intervest Offices SA. Intervest Offices SA has received the notification from Nieuwe Steen Investments SA and has disclosed all the information contained in this notification on its website.
