Shareholders of Intervest Offices & Warehouses SA are invited to attend the extraordinary general meeting to be held on 22 December 2014 at 11.00 am at the Company's registered office, Uitbreidingstraat 18, 2600 Berchem.

This extraordinary general meeting is requested to decide on the acquisition of the logistic site in Opglabbeek (see press release of 7 November 2014) through the partial scission of Machiels Real Estate SA, leading to a capital increase in Intervest Offices & Warehouses of € 26,2 million (share capital and share premium) and the issue of 1.366.564 new shares.
