(FPIM/SFPI) (including the Belfius Group) indicating that it holds 10,66% of Intervest Offices & Warehouses shares as a result of the acquisition or transfer of shares conferring voting rights or voting rights as at 9 August 2016.

• Société Fédérale de Participations et d'Investissement S.A. is the parent company of Belfius Bank S.A, which in its turn is the parent company of Belfius Insurances S.A., which in its turn is the parent company of Belfius Insurance Services S.A. (abbreviated: Belins Finance S.A.), which in its turn is the parent company of IWI International Wealth Insurer S.A. Société Fédérale de Participations et d'Investissement S.A. acts in its own name and on behalf of the Belgian State. Besides the notification also mentions: "Le 09 08 2016, Foyer S.A. a acheté toutes les participations détenues par Belfius Insurance Services Finance S.A. (en abrégé: Belins Finance S.A.) dans la société IWI International Wealth Insurer S.A. Par cette cession de parts, IWI International Wealth Insurer S.A. fait désormais partie du groupe Foyer S.A. et ne relève plus du groupe Belfius. Cette cession de parts n'a pas modifié les participations déjà détenues par Belfius Assurances S.A. Group and no longer to the Belfius Group. This transfer of shares did not modify the participations already held by Belfius Assurances S.A.
