Intervest Offices & Warehouses attracts first tenant in Greenhouse BXL, an innovative redevelopment project in the Brussels periphery

Cazimir, a team of specialised lawyers who help wealthy families and entrepreneurs with questions on legal matters and concerns regarding their assets, has opted for Greenhouse BXL as its new office location near Brussels. As from October 2018, Cazimir will lease an office surface area of 700 m² for a fixed period of 9 years.

Cazimir found Intervest's Greenhouse BXL particularly appealing because it is one of the newest office projects in the Brussels periphery which is fully based on the concept of the new way of working.

Greenhouse BXL has been designed as an inspiring environment where working and experiencing go hand in hand with a service-oriented and flexible approach to the customers and their employees. The construction work for the redevelopment of the site into Greenhouse BXL with a third RE:flex and co-working lounge began in the first quarter of 2017 and is expected to be finished in May 2018 to welcome its first customers.
